Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued based on the stage of the remodeling project. If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be available. For partially completed projects, a prorated refund will be considered, factoring in labor and materials already used. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Service Adjustments and Corrections

In many cases, we prefer to correct any problems instead of offering refunds. If any aspect of your remodeling project doesn’t meet agreed specifications, we will make reasonable adjustments to ensure it matches the original plan.
